When you request a callback, you reach Studentsmodels Floor Coating, the referral service. Calls are answered Mon-Fri 9am-9pm ET. We note your needs and link you with an independent provider in our network. After that, you talk with the provider directly.

What the Provider May Ask You

Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider give a fair quote.

• Where is the floor, and about how big is it?
• Is it a garage, a basement, or a patio?
• Does it have cracks, stains, or an old coating?
• Does water ever sit on it?
• What look do you want?

Photos can help. So can a rough size in square feet.

Questions to Ask the Provider

You are the customer. Ask what you need to know.

• What coating do you suggest, epoxy or polyaspartic, and why?
• How will you prep the concrete?
• How do you handle cracks and moisture?
• How long before I can walk or park on it?
• Do you offer custom floor finishes, such as flakes?
• Can I get a written quote with the full scope?
• Do you hold the license or permit our area requires?

Prep is the key step. Ask about it first.

A referral is not a contract. You can talk to a provider, compare notes, and say no. Take your time. Read the quote. Ask what is and is not included. Costs vary by job, so get it in writing.
